FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
  1. Who is your service for?

    Our services are for individuals that want to start a business big or small. They just don’t want to become Lawyers, Graphic Artist, Professional Writers, or SEO Specialist.

    Or they don’t have the time that it takes to do it properly

    Business owner that would rather work on their business while other professionals complete some of the one off task that goes into starting a business.

  1. What is it that your company does?

    We help individuals start a business by doing some of the one off task that I take to get started that they try to do themselves to save money.

    9 times out of 10 end up wasting more money and time in the process trying to do this on their own.

  1. Why should I use your services?

    This is a great question, which most business owners ask all the time. The best way to answer this question is:

    I repeat question #2 back to them.

    Then I tell them what has happened to me on more than once when dealing with potential clients:
    After an email or phone consultation with the client, I don’t hear from them for months. Then one day out of the blue I receive an email that reads:

    You were right I did try to do it all by myself, and I have no idea what I am doing. Can you fix my (website, business plan, logo) by tomorrow?

  1. Do you supply me with a turnkey business idea?

    No but I wish that I could. We help you start a business using your existing business idea.

    We will give you some ideas or suggestions on improving your business idea that you might not have thought of.

  1. What if I already have an existing business?

     If you already have an existing business and you just want to update your (website, logo, business plan, or even a little SEO work). We would be more than happy to assist you.

    Or in the case, one of our client, he needed everything done with the exception of Legal Incorporation. Due to the fact that he is an Attorney and that he could do that himself. 

  1. Are you a partner in my business?

    No I am not a partner in your business. We just help you get setup and started properly.

  1. Why do you offer so many services?

    Originally we only offered a few package deals. But we soon realized that not everyone wanted to do everything at once or even needed everything that our packages included.

    So we broke each package down into individual services that you can pick and choose from. Allowing you to create your own package.

  1. How long does it take from start to finish?

    While we do everything in our power to give you the best service in a timely manner, this can vary from project to project, client to client. It also depends on a lot of factors to include:

    1. How quickly you return the questioner
    2. How quickly you respond to our questions or to approve a design
    3. How many revisions you require
    4. How long it takes us to come up with a design idea (Graphic artist can be slow at times).

    Example: We made a logo for a client that took us one try and 3 days. While we had a client that ended up making 70+ revisions, needless to say that one took a little longer. We even used that one as an example of how logos are created. You can view it here:

  1. What if I don’t have time to oversee or manage my project?

    That is normally not an issue. It only takes a minute or two approve the work that has been submitted.

    The time consumption comes into play more when changes need to be made. Because they take a little time to explain. But this still should not take more than 30 minutes an hour max.

  1. Why should I use your services over your competitors?

    While my competitors are all great at what they do, I feel that we are the better choice.

    Due to the fact you get everything under one roof with my company, you don’t have to work with 3 to 4 different service providers.

  1. What if I don’t have time to complete the paperwork to get started?

    Paperwork should not be an issue, you only have to complete very simple and straight to the point basic information, that we need to get started.

  1. Does your company submit my legal documents on my behalf?

    No. While this is a service that we would like to perform, but due to lack of manpower to do it, we cannot do it effectively.

  1. Does your company do the copywriting or trademark registration for my new logo?

    No. But we can assure you that our designs are 100% original, which means our graphic designers, sketch these images and send them out to clients for approval and changes. We still advice though that you review the logo, just to be sure!

  1. When will you start on my project?

     We start on your project as soon as we have had a chance to review your request and ask any follow-up questions.

  1. Do you do rush orders?

    We try to avoid rush orders just because we like to give you the best product possible. But we do understand that things happen so we will give you the best service and product that time permits.

  1. Do you really give unlimited revisions?

    Yes we do. We have had to change this slightly due to never ending projects. What we have found to work best are these two rules:

    1. Once you make a change we can’t revisit it to start over. Example:  we change a to b. Then to c and so on until you get to g. We can’t go back to b because you want to try something new.
    2. We only take 3 change request 4 max. You can still make as many changes as you need to. You can have one change to be made in a request or 50.

    We had to discover this the hard way. Clients would want something added or removed. Then they want to see the color changed.

    That ends up dragging out your project for weeks if not months. When giving us all of the changes at once would have been faster and more effective.

     

  1. What if I am not happy with the end results?

    We have not had this issue yet due to the fact that we make unlimited changes to your design until you are satisfied. Also see question 16.

  1. What form of payments do you take?

    We use PayPal. We have found that PayPal is safe and offers the most options for our clients to pay, even if they don’t have a PayPal account.

  1. How much do I need to put down to get started?
    1. We require 100% payment upfront.
    2. For projects over $1,000.00 we require 50% down to start, 25% payment once we reach the half way mark, and the final 25% payment upon completion.
    3. For items added after the project has been paid for and started. Such as adding an extra page to a website. Those items will be added to your final invoice if under $200.00 or billed to you if over $200.00 once the request is made.

     

  1. Why do you offer a monthly service?

    We found out that some clients need to have their website updated more than most. While we do include basic instructions on how to make simple changes to your website. Some clients would rather we handle any changes that they needed for them.

  1. Do you provide domain hosting?

    No! While this is a service we would soon perform. Once we have the manpower to perform this effectively.
